The Qualities You Must Show When Interviewed For An Investment Role
While there are skills and attributes that you may show on your CV, there are things that you need to be able to present about yourself when you are appearing for an interview for a job in the investment industry.
Never ever must you present an opinion that you can’t back up with fact when you’re trying to impress an interviewer for an investment job. What the interviewer will look for is your ability to make unbiased judgments and your capacity and willingness to gather and base things on research rather than things like the public mood or gut feeling.
The general idea about investment or even finance in general is that it’s a job that involves numbers, not people.
This is something that again may be thought to be more relevant when speaking of interviews in other fields. But the fact is that a job in the investment industry is a highly demanding one.
