Dripping Springs

FROM AUSTIN
Drive to Dripping Springs on Highway 290 (toward Johnson City)

Look at your speedometer at the RR12 traffic light in Dripping Springs (better yet, set your odometer to 0)

Continue west on 290 toward Johnson City. At 3.6 miles you will turn right on McGregor Lane (CR 187)

You will go 3.7 miles and dead end into CR 101 (also Fitzhugh Road) [cumulative miles from traffic light in Dripping Springs – 7.3]

Turn left, CR 101 curves right in .9 miles at a stop sign [cumulative 8.2], DON’T TURN, go straight, (stay left) you will then be on Sycamore Creek Drive.

Continue for 1.4 miles, , you will pass a long stone fence on your left, our gate is just past the stone fence on the left. Our street number (1301) is on the post. We will decorate the gate festively so you can’t miss it.

FROM JOHNSON CITY
From Hwy 290 Turn east on 2766 (by the Exxon station) toward Pedernales Falls State Park. Set your odometer to 0. At 8.9 miles you will come to the intersection of Ranch Road 3232 and the park entrance. DO NOT TURN, keep going straight, the road will become noticeably smaller.

At 15.2 miles you will come to a 3 way stop sign. The main road goes to the left. DO NOT FOLLOW THE MAIN ROAD , turn right at the stop sign, you will then be on Sycamore Creek Drive.

Continue for 1.4 miles, , you will pass a long stone fence on your left, our gate is just past the stone fence on the left. (Our gate is 16.7 miles from the 290) Our street number (1301) is on the post. We will decorate the gate festively so you can’t miss it.
